Shipping & Delivery:


Transit times

Standard / Ground: 3-6 days

Priority Shipping: 2-3 days

Express Shipping: 1-2 days


All orders are shipped Monday to Friday by 12 noon Eastern Time each day and are shipped from Canton, MA. Orders placed after 12 noon, will ship the following business day. We ship our orders by USPS or UPS and you can Prioritize or Expedite you order for an additional fee or contact us directly if you have special shipping requests.


Please Note:
Birth of Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather or by the carrier, and is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered and released by the carrier.  The customer should contact the carrier directly to start an investigation and file a claim when applicable.  If an order requires to be re-shipped due to an incorrect mailing address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
 

International Shipments:

We do ship to Canada, UK, Europe and many other international destinations. Please note, that with all international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes that may be levied by the customs office of their respective country. Privacy and Security:

All orders are processed on a secure server. Your personal information remains private and will not be sold to any 3rd party.



Standard Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply notify us within 14 days. All returns must be completed within 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days, all product or warranty issues are handled directly by the manufacturer.  


An RA# is required on all returns to identify the return (email: [email protected]). Shipping charges (ship to/ship from) are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns. 


IMPORTANT: The products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, in their original condition and shipped securely. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.  All product returns require an RA number. Please write the RA# on the outside of the shipping carton and include a copy of the original receipt. If a product is returned that has been opened and used, the refund will be subject to review and possible decline.

For hygiene reasons, there are certain products than cannot be returned. We DO NOT accept returns on the following brands - Mehaz (clippers, Nippers, Manicure / Pedicure Implements); Medicool (manicure / pedicure drills, files and bits): Hairgum and Mr Ducktail Products; We do not accept returns on all brands of Hair Brushes and Combs. We do not accept products that show signs of use, are damaged or are not in their original packaging.

A credit for the cost of the product (minus outgoing shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee or cancellation fee) will be applied to your card / account (subject to condition of the return). If products are damaged, scratched or not in their original condition or packaging, an additional fee may be charged upon review. If the returned product fails to meet the conditions of our policy, a refund will not be issued. It is recommended that you apply a tracking label on all returned packages.

These conditions are subject to change at any time.

If you would like to exchange your order, the same conditions apply as for a standard return. Please note that shipping charges will apply to re-ship the exchanged item.

Payment Options

We accept all major forms of credit cards and all transactions are conducted on a secure server. You can also choose to pay by PayPal. If you prefer, let us know the products of your choice and we can email your invoice through PayPal. All customer information will always remain confidential. We want you to remain OUR customer. 

 

Sales Tax.

If you live in a state for which we do not collect sales tax, it may be your responsibility to pay the appropriate tax based on your state's tax code and filing requirements.
