- We are pleased to offer an extended return window for holiday orders. See below for details.
- All orders are shipped Monday to Friday by 12 noon Eastern Time each day and are shipped from the state of MA.
- We offer low shipping on all orders to make your purchase more affordable with rates starting as low as $5.50. We ship our orders by USPS or FEDEX and you can Prioritize or Expedite you order for a small additional fee or contact us directly if you have special shipping requests. Birth of Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather or increased volume of packages routed through the carrier. We recommend that you allow additional time to order and receive your products. We offer free shipping on US orders with a value over $95. Please note that this free shipping only applies to destinations within the 48 US contiguous states - it does NOT apply to international destinations. Orders are shipped from Walpole, MA.
- IMPORTANT - Birth of Beauty is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered by the carrier. Customer should contact the carrier to initiate an investigation and file a claim when applicable. If an order requires to be re-shipped due to an incorrect mailing address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
International Shipments We do ship to Canada, UK, Europe and many other international destinations. Please note, that with all international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes that may be levied by the customs office of their respective country. All orders are processed on a secure server and all data is encrypted. Your personal information remains private and will not be sold to any 3rd party.
- RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We are pleased to offer an expanded window for holiday returns. Customers who place their holiday orders on or after November 15th will have until December 31st to notify us of their intent to return their purchase.
If you would like to return your purchase or if an item is damaged or missing, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your order - (except during the holiday season when an extended return period has been posted). All returns must be completed within 30 days unless otherwise noted.
An RA# is required on all returns to identify the return (email: email@example.com). Shipping charges (ship to/ship from) are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns. After 30 days, all product or warranty issues are handled directly by the manufacturer.
All products must be returned UNUSED, in their original packaging, in their original condition and shipped securely.
For hygiene reasons there are certain products that cannot be returned if they have been opened or used - see below.
We DO NOT accept returns on MEHAZ clippers, nippers, implements, tweezers, DIAMANCEL files, MEDICOOL manicure / pedicure drills, Medicool Bits and Drills, Mr Ducktail or Hairgum Products, opened or used cosmetics, opened / used HAIR BRUSHES or combs.
An RA# is required for ALL returns.
Please write RA# on the outside of the shipping carton and include a copy of the original receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
A credit for the cost of the product (minus outgoing shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee or cancelation fee) will be applied to your card / account (subject to condition of the return). If products are damaged, scratched or not in their original condition or packaging, an additional fee will be charged upon review. If the product is used and fails to meet our return conditions, a refund will not be issued. It is recommended that you apply a tracking label on all returned packages.
Canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancelation fee. These conditions are subject to change at any time.
If you would like to exchange your order, the same conditions apply as for a standard return. Please note that shipping charges will apply to re-ship the exchanged item. However, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition, we will waive the re-stocking fee.

We accept all major forms of credit cards and all transactions are conducted on a secure server. You can also choose to pay by PayPal. If you prefer, let us know the products of your choice and we can email your invoice through PayPal. All customer information will always remain confidential. We want you to remain OUR customer.
